1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PestFreeLK's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PestFreeLK provides professional pest control services including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial pest control treatments
  • Termite inspection and treatment services
  • Mosquito control and dengue prevention programs
  • Rodent control and exclusion services
  • Cockroach, ant, and other insect control
  • Bird control and wildlife management
  • Disinfection and sanitization services

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Service Scheduling

Services are provided by appointment only. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays due to weather, traffic, or emergency situations may occur.

3.2 Access Requirements

Customer must provide reasonable access to all areas requiring treatment. Failure to provide access may result in incomplete service and additional charges for return visits.

3.3 Preparation Requirements

Customer is responsible for completing any preparation requirements communicated prior to service. Failure to prepare may result in service postponement or reduced effectiveness.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile payments. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before service commencement.

4.3 Late Payment

Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a 2% monthly service charge and suspension of warranty coverage.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Service Warranty

We warrant our services against the return of target pests for the period specified in your service agreement, typically 30-90 days depending on the service type.

5.2 Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage requires compliance with all post-treatment instructions and may be voided by structural changes, new conducive conditions, or failure to maintain sanitation standards.

5.3 Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovering pest activity. We will re-inspect and re-treat at no additional charge if the claim is valid.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

While we use proven methods and quality materials, pest control results may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather, structural conditions, and customer compliance with instructions.

6.2 Damage Liability

Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. We maintain professional liability insurance and will address legitimate damage claims promptly.

6.3 Health and Safety

Customers with health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities must inform us prior to service. We are not liable for health issues that could have been prevented with proper disclosure.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If service cannot be completed due to our fault, a full refund will be provided. Partial refunds may be available for incomplete services.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all customer information. Details of our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may use service information for quality improvement and training purposes.

9. Compliance and Regulations

All services are performed in compliance with Sri Lankan regulations including guidelines from the Registrar of Pesticides. We maintain all required licenses and certifications for pest control operations.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Sri Lankan law and jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and customers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
